Description of the holiday flat

This 55m² flat offers space for up to 4 persons and is decorated tastefully. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180*200), and the other with 2 single beds. In the living area, which has like one of the bedrooms a height of about 3 m due to an architectural style, also includes the dining area. A TV, a radio, CD-player as well as books and board/card games and toys are provided for you.

All rooms are laid with laminate with a floor heating in living area and bathroom.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop , oven, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer. You can also find all essential kitchen utensils such as a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle as well as dishes.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

A balcony with garden furniture as well as a sunshade is there for your usage, but the garden can be used for playing and sunbathing too.

3) The fees for one night apply for occupancy with up to 4 people. .
4) The arrival days in the peak season are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and in the low and post season daily.
