Description of the holiday home
The 2007 built semidetached house has 70 m² on two floors and is painted in warm and modern colours. Up to six people can stay in this holiday house.
In the laminate (wooden) laid ground floor are located the hall with wardrobe and an additional lavatory. The bright living area includes the dining area with a big table and a sofa.
A TV, a radio, CD-player as well as books and board/card games and toys are provided for you.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher and a fridge and a freezer. You can also find all essential kitchen utensils such as a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle as well as dishes.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The bedrooms, covered by carpet, have each got 2 beds in them. One bedroom has a double bed, one a bunk bed and one two single beds which can be moed to build a double bed as well.

2) Bank holidays count as peak season.
3) The fees for one night apply for occupancy with up to 4 people. .
4) The arrival days in the peak season are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and in the low and post season daily.
