Clear Water, flat sandy beaches at the shore of the Müritz, small lakes in unspoiled nature as well as the unique flora and fauna is typical for this area.

In immediate closeness is the town Röbel with its historical buildings and a port. The health resort Waren with its market square as well as its shops is a nice place to go for a bit of shopping or just for an ice cream. The new developed Müritzeum, a nature-exploring centre, shows an exhibition about the area and its beautiful nature. Instructive and interesting trips through the National Park can be done by walking, by bike or even by boat. Lots of places like Malchow, Plau am See or Neutrelitz are worth a visit as well.

You can reach Berlin within an one hour drive. The fascinating capital is a place to visit and to explore. The versatile centre is creative, dynamic and exciting. It has an overwhelming versatility with three opera houses, 177 museums and more than 130 theatres. Visit the parliament building, the Brandenburg Gate or go shopping on various locations.
